Smartphone Apps
Mindset Health is a tech company that works to develop science-based smartphone apps that deliver clinical hypnosis interventions for consumers. As of this writing, they have hypnotherapy apps specifically designed to treat issues such as chronic back pain (Relio), smoking cessation (Finito), depression and anxiety (Claria), hot flashes (Evia), and IBS (Nerva) with more apps planned for future release. Dr. Gary Elkins serves on the scientific advisory board along with other well-known and respected experts in clinical hypnosis.
