Dr. Gary Elkins, Director of the Mind-Body Medicine Research Laboratory, was recently interviewed by Lisa Arbetter for an article in Oprah Daily. In the article, Arbetter examines both traditional and contemporary treatments for hot flashes, with a particular focus on the groundbreaking hypnosis intervention currently under investigation in our lab. This innovative approach is part of a large-scale research project funded by the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH).
